Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Payments: All appointments must be booked online or by phone. Full payment is required at booking to secure your spot. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and online payments. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours are eligible for rescheduling but not a refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount. Additional Charges: Excess dirt, pet hair, deep stains, or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional fees. If additional services are needed, we will inform you before proceeding. Weather Policy: In case of bad weather, we may reschedule appointments at no extra cost.
