07. Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all. As long as we have access to the vehicle and the keys (and any add-on requests are confirmed beforehand), you’re free to stay inside, keep working, or run errands.

09. What if my car is extremely dirty or has pet hair?
We specialize in deep cleaning. If your vehicle needs extra time (e.g., heavy staining, garbage removal, or excessive pet hair), we’ll let you know and may charge a small Excess Dirt or Pet Hair Fee — but you’ll always be informed up front.
10. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, but we appreciate 24 hours notice.
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit depending on the situation. Life happens — just reach out and we’ll work with you.
11. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to complete your detail, we’ll contact you to reschedule at the next available slot. No fees for weather-related changes.
12. Is washing included before ceramic coating/paint protection?
Yes — every ceramic coating and paint correction service includes a full exterior wash, chemical decontamination, and clay bar treatment.
This essential prep ensures that the paint surface is perfectly clean and smooth, which is critical for proper correction and long-lasting coating performance. We never apply a coating or polish over a dirty surface — quality results always start with proper prep.
13. Do you offer mobile boat detailing?
Yes! We offer full mobile boat detailing services, including exterior washing, oxidation removal, machine polishing, and marine-grade wax or sealant application. We also provide interior vacuuming, vinyl cleaning, mildew treatment, and engine bay wipe-downs for most boat types.
14. What size of boats do you service?
We currently service boats under 35 feet. For boats over 30 feet, additional time and pricing may apply depending on condition and access. Contact us directly for custom quotes.
15. Do I need to provide water or power for boat detailing?
Nope — we’re fully mobile. Our detailing trailer has an onboard water tank and generator, so we can clean your boat wherever it's parked (as long as we can safely access it).
16. What’s included in your headlight restoration?
Our headlight restoration service removes fog, yellowing, and oxidation to restore clarity and brightness. We sand, polish, and finish with a UV-sealing protectant to extend the life of the restoration.
17. How long does headlight restoration take?
Typically 45–60 minutes for both headlights. It can be added to any full detail or booked as a standalone service.
Do you offer fleet detailing for businesses?
Yes! We provide mobile detailing services for fleets of all sizes — company cars, trucks, vans, service vehicles, and more. Whether it’s 3 vehicles or 30, we’ll come to you and keep your fleet looking sharp.
Is there a discount for multiple vehicles?
Absolutely. We offer volume-based pricing for commercial and group bookings. The more vehicles you book, the better the rate.
Can you detail fleet vehicles on-site at our business?
Yes — we’re fully mobile and bring our own power and water. We can clean your fleet in your lot, garage, or designated staging area without disrupting operations.
